Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet apartment associations, builders, facility managers, and commercial establishments.
- Present and demonstrate MudiviliFlow smart water management solutions.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
- Knowledge of IoT, Water Management, Facility Management, or Smart Technology solutions is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler preferred.

Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
