Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join the Easify support team. The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills in English, basic technical troubleshooting abilities, and prior experience in handling customer queries through live chat or support platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining response quality
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Ensure accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting response time targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or live chat support roles
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations effectively
- Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with support/helpdesk tools such as Intercom, Gleap, Zendesk, or similar platforms
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and tone in communication
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities proactively
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in SaaS or IT product support will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calicut, Kerala
