Job Summary
The F&B Executive is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, supervising staff, and supporting the achievement of departmental revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquets, room service, and other F&B outlets.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Supervise and support service staff during shifts.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and development.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate responsibilities as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper utilization of supplies and equipment.
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling activities.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain departmental records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service, and POS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
