Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking for a passionate Product Development Engineer to join our R&D team in designing and developing innovative electronic products. You will be involved in concept-to-prototype development, working on PCB design, microcontrollers, programming, integration, and troubleshooting. This is a hardware-focused electronics role, NOT a software testing or IT position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test new electronic products and prototypes.
- Work on PCB design, microcontroller programming, and hardware integration.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and apply them to product development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electronic and embedded system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to market.
Skills & Requirements
- BE / BTech in Electronics / Electrical / ETC / Mechatronics
- Solid knowledge of PCB design & troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, ARM, or similar).
- Programming skills for embedded systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with curiosity to explore and learn new technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
