Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support daily administrative operations at our Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating housekeeping, security, transportation, facility maintenance, and inventory management activities to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up with housekeeping staff regarding daily cleaning activities.
- Prepare and manage monthly housekeeping staff allocation schedules.
- Maintain daily attendance records of housekeeping personnel.
- Manage housekeeping materials and stationery inventory, including procurement, stock tracking, and usage records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping agency supervisors for deployment of housekeeping staff at the farmhouse and bungalow for cleaning, loading, and unloading activities.
- Monitor and regulate attendance of security personnel, especially during night shifts.
- Coordinate and track fuel consumption for company and bungalow vehicles.
- Collect, verify, submit, and maintain fuel bills and related records.
- Coordinate with gardeners (Mali) to ensure timely completion of gardening and landscaping activities at the Head Office.
- Manage and coordinate company drivers, including attendance, scheduling, and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure timely reporting of all assigned activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
