About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented faculty members to join our team for teaching Quantitative Aptitude and/or Verbal Ability for competitive exams such as CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, SSC, BANK PO, and other entrance exams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and conceptually strong classroom sessions for Quantitative Aptitude and/or Verbal Ability
- Design and develop high-quality study material, practice questions, and test papers
- Guide students with problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, and exam strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred for Quant; English/Arts background preferred for Verbal)
- Strong command over subject matter (Quantitative Aptitude and/or Verbal Ability)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior teaching experience in competitive exams is preferred (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply)
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
