Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Merchandising Coordinator to join our office in Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, handling supplier purchase orders (POs), maintaining product-related data, and coordinating day-to-day operational tasks. Experience with Odoo software is highly preferred.
This role requires someone who is attentive to detail, good at documentation, and capable of handling multiple follow-ups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating Excel sheets with product and supplier information
- Understanding and handling supplier Purchase Orders (POs)
- Updating product photos and maintaining organized records in Excel
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for updates and follow-ups
- Entering and maintaining data in Odoo ERP software
- Noting important points during meetings and maintaining documentation
- Tracking order status, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Maintaining proper filing and operational records
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Odoo ERP software
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in textile, fashion, garment, retail, or trading industries preferred
- Basic understanding of merchandising or operational coordination
- Responsible and proactive work attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
