Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Learning & Student Success Manager to manage our online learning platform, create AI-powered educational content, support students throughout their learning journey, and drive admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with AI tools, technology, education, digital content, and student engagement. The role combines operations, admissions, content creation, customer success, and brand building in a dynamic EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gamma, Canva AI, and other productivity tools to create educational and marketing content.
- Upload and manage courses, study materials, quizzes, and learning resources on the online learning platform.
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Guide students through the registration, payment, onboarding, and learning process.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure an excellent student experience.
- Manage student records, payments, and CRM updates.
- Create presentations, brochures, banners, and social media content.
- Assist in digital marketing and brand-building activities.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Continuously explore and implement new AI tools to improve productivity and learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- High level of computer proficiency.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gamma, Canva AI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA, BBA, Engineering, Computer Science, or Management graduates preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, admissions, sales, customer success, operations, or digital marketing.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and strong AI knowledge are encouraged to apply.
