Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in software development lifecycle methodologies including agile practices.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning of mainframe applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
