Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our IAS/UPSC coaching institute. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, guiding them about UPSC preparation programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding UPSC/IAS preparation programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in counseling sessions.
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, and referrals.
- Explain course features, fee structure, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct campus tours and assist students throughout the admission process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for student engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, preferably in UPSC/IAS coaching, competitive exam coaching, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in UPSC, IAS, PCS, SSC, Banking, or other competitive exam coaching institutes.
- Strong understanding of the UPSC examination process and preparation journey.
- Ability to convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
