Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Executive manages day-to-day operations of online marketplaces and e-commerce websites. They coordinate product listings, inventory updates, order processing, promotions, and performance analysis to drive online sales growth and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and company websites.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.
- Monitor pricing and competitor activities.
- Generate sales, traffic, and performance reports.
- Work with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, and social media promotions.
