- Deliver professional training in Multimedia Designing and Creative Software.
- Teach subjects including:
- Graphic Designing
- Video Editing
- Motion Graphics
- UI/UX Basics
- 2D Animation Basics
- Digital Content Creation
- Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions with industry-oriented training methods.
2. Software Training
Train students in industry-standard tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe XD / Figma
- Canva and other multimedia tools
3. Curriculum Delivery
- Follow the institute’s approved syllabus and academic structure.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and creative practical exercises.
- Update training content according to current industry trends and software updates.
- Simplify complex creative concepts for students of different skill levels.
4. Practical Projects & Portfolio Development
- Guide students in creating:
- Creative design projects
- Video editing projects
- Branding materials
- Social media creatives
- Motion graphics projects
- Assist students in building professional portfolios and demo reels.
5. Student Assessment
- Conduct assignments, practical tests, and project evaluations.
- Monitor student performance and provide improvement feedback.
- Ensure students achieve required creative and technical skill levels.
6. Career & Placement Support
- Prepare students for careers such as:
- Graphic Designer
- Video Editor
- Motion Graphic Artist
- Multimedia Designer
- Content Creator
- Assist students with:
- Resume preparation
- Portfolio presentation
- Interview preparation
7. Lab & Technical Support
- Ensure multimedia labs and systems are properly configured.
- Maintain software installations and training resources.
- Support students in resolving technical or software-related issues.
8. Student Engagement & Mentoring
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and practical learning.
- Provide individual mentoring and project guidance.
- Maintain an interactive and motivating classroom environment.
9. Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain attendance, assignment records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Academic Head / Centre Manager regarding batch performance.
- Participate in academic meetings and curriculum planning discussions.
10. Workshops & Promotional Activities
- Conduct demo classes, workshops, and seminars.
- Support marketing and admissions teams during educational events or counselling sessions.
- Participate in exhibitions, competitions, and creative events when required.
11. Industry Awareness
- Stay updated with latest trends in:
- Graphic Design
- Video Production
- Animation
- Digital Media
- AI-powered creative tools
- Integrate real-world industry practices into training sessions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
