Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Jubilee Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our wellness services, converting inquiries into appointments, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate appointments. * Handle inbound calls professionally and address customer inquiries. * Explain Haritha Wellness’s treatments, therapies, and wellness programs. * Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. * Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations and appointments. * Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/call logs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Coordinate with doctors, wellness consultants, and the operations team for appointment scheduling. * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. * Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Eligibility & Requirements * 1–2+ years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales. * Intermediate, Any Graduate, or equivalent qualification. * Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi. * Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. * Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and strong follow-up skills.
