Job Summary
The Commis 2 – Chinese is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards. The role supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and ensures timely food preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for Chinese dishes, including cutting, chopping, and marinating.
- Assist in cooking and plating food as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Store food items properly and monitor stock levels.
- Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
