- Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective clients to introduce company offerings.
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer queries, and resolve complaints.
- Lead Qualification: Ask relevant questions to understand client needs and determine if they are qualified sales leads.
- Data Management: Accurately update call logs, customer information, and feedback in CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Schedule regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for sales or call
