Job description:
We are looking for a motivated Cloud Support Intern to join our Cloud Operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and technical support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn cloud technologies and enjoys solving technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for cloud infrastructure and cloud-based applications.
- Monitor cloud resources and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to virtual machines, networking, storage, and cloud services.
- Support user account management, access control, and permissions.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Assist with cloud deployments, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Work with senior engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Learn and follow cloud security and operational best practices.
Qualification: Any graduate.
Location: Pune.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
