Responsible for preparing and cooking while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency in a fast-paced food truck environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes.
- Perform daily mise en place and ingredient preparation.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation and waste control.
- Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
