- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
- Experience in designing and executing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools to track quality metrics and progress.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
