Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
- Schedule interviews with the management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the management to ensure timely closure of positions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
