Job Responsibilities:
- Mixing and handling raw materials as per site requirements.
- Loading, unloading, shifting, and arranging materials at the site.
- Assisting operators and supervisors in daily production and site activities.
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work area.
- Handling basic tools and equipment safely.
- Supporting various site-related activities as instructed by the supervisor.
- Following company safety rules and wearing required PPE.
- Ensuring materials are handled and stored properly to avoid damage or wastage.
- Performing other general site and production support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Pass qualification.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
- Willingness to work at site and handle materials.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or site work will be an advantage.
