Job Description
We are looking for an Academic Advisor to support prospective learners by providing accurate information about academic programs and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role focuses on counseling, guidance, and learner support.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on available courses and learning pathways
- Understand learner requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Guide learners through the admission and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of learner interactions
- Coordinate with internal academic and support teams
- Provide continuous follow-up and learner assistance
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months experience in education counseling / academic advisory / student support (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup (Laptop & wifi connection mandatory)
