Cybersecurity Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to serve as the primary security contact at our client location and help maintain a secure enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents across cloud, endpoint, network, and identity platforms.
- Analyze security events from SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security tools.
- Support Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform security operations.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.
- Monitor endpoint security, encryption, patch compliance, and endpoint health.
- Support incident response, containment, recovery, and documentation.
- Maintain security dashboards, operational reports, and audit evidence.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to implement security best practices.
- Assist with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and other compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.
