About the Role
Achyutam Technology is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign optimization techniques and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
