Major Responsibility as part of this Role
- Independently execute support-related tasks for BASE24 systems
- Monitor ATM/POS transactions and ensure smooth functionality
- Perform ATM addition, configuration, and status monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in BASE24 systems
- Simulate issues and provide timely resolution
- Execute and review installation plans (PROD/Non-PROD)
- Perform startup/shutdown activities of Tandem systems
- Coordinate deployments and releases
- Provide telephonic support to branches, customers, and vendors
- Push downloads and updates to ATMs
- Ensure adherence to SLA and escalation matrix
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Primary Skills
- Strong understanding of ATM & POS functionality
- Knowledge of Transaction Switching systems
- Hands-on experience with BASE24 (mandatory for L2)
Technical expertise in:
- SQL, UNIX, Java
- Payment Switching & Production Support
- ATM/POS/Host/Interface Configuration
- Pathway Configuration & Utilities
- ENFORM, SCF, FUP, MACROs, EMSPERUS, SPOOLCOM, BATCHCOM
- ENSCRIBE & SQL Database
- ISO8583, AS2805, VISA, MasterCard & RuPay Messaging
- TSS, Prognosis, PRM Tools
- L1, L2 & L3 Support
- Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Management Skills
Secondary Skills- Desired Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to coordinate with team members

Academic Qualification:
· B.Sc. (IT),BCA, MCA,BCS, B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science or IT Mandetory)

Location & Work Environment
- Work in a 24x7 rotational shift and 6 days working production support environment (if applicable)
- Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru
- Open for 2-3 Years of Training Agreement
