WE ARE HIRING – HEALTH INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Role: Health Insurance Sales Executive (Target & Performance Based)
Work : Work From Home(WFH)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Fixed Salary: ₹28,000 per month
Commission: Up to 30% on every successful sale
(Commission will be applicable on eligible/verified policy sales as per company policy)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Explain Health Insurance plans and benefits to customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Handle sales conversion and policy application processes
- Assist customers with required documentation
- Maintain daily sales activity and performance reports
- Follow company guidelines and applicable insurance compliance
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 Months Experience in Insurance Sales / Health Insurance Field is Mandatory
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong customer handling and follow-up ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic online applications
- Previous insurance sales experience will be preferred
IMPORTANT TERMS
- Salary and commission will be applicable on eligible/verified policy sales as per company policy
- All insurance sales must follow applicable company and regulatory guidelines
- No Security deposit/ Joining fee: No fee or deposit will be taken from candidates for employment
