About Yello Living
Yello Living is a modern co-living company focused on creating spaces where people don't just stay—they belong. We're looking for an energetic, people-first Community Manager to own the resident experience across our properties in the Whitefield/ITPL corridor.
This is a highly visible, on-ground role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, organizing events, and creating a welcoming community. If you're someone who naturally brings people together, we'd love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesResident Onboarding & Move-Ins
- Own the complete move-in process and ensure every onboarding checklist is completed accurately.
- Welcome new residents and help them settle into the community.
- Introduce residents to house guidelines, WhatsApp groups, and upcoming community activities.
- Ensure every resident has a smooth and positive first experience.
Resident Experience
- Be the primary point of contact for residents for day-to-day community-related queries.
- Build strong relationships with residents and maintain a friendly, approachable presence.
- Identify concerns early and escalate recurring issues before they become larger problems.
- Conduct regular resident check-ins and gather feedback to improve the living experience.
Move-Out Experience
- Manage the end-to-end move-out process using standardized checklists.
- Conduct exit conversations to understand why residents are leaving.
- Document insights and highlight recurring trends to management.
Community Engagement
- Plan and execute regular community events including social gatherings, wellness sessions, festive celebrations, workshops, and networking activities.
- Promote events to maximize resident participation.
- Host events and collect feedback to improve future experiences.
- Celebrate birthdays, milestones, and other small community moments that strengthen resident engagement.
Community Communication
- Manage resident WhatsApp groups and other communication channels.
- Share timely announcements, updates, reminders, and event information.
- Ensure communication remains professional, engaging, and aligned with the Yello Living brand.
Social Media & Content
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team during events.
- Encourage residents to participate in photos, videos, reels, and community stories.
- Help create authentic, resident-driven content that showcases community life.
Community Growth & Partnerships
- Help new residents connect with existing residents through informal introductions or buddy systems.
- Explore collaborations with nearby cafés, gyms, and local businesses for resident perks and community events.
Reporting
- Share a weekly summary covering:
- Move-ins and move-outs completed
- Resident concerns and feedback
- Events conducted
- Community engagement
- Content opportunities captured
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people every day.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable hosting events and occasionally appearing in social media content.
- Must be able to commute daily to the Whitefield / ITPL corridor.
- Experience in hospitality, customer success, community management, events, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not mandatory.

- This is not a facilities management position.
- This is not a sales or lead generation role.
- This is not a desk-based administrative role.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role where your success is measured by resident satisfaction, community engagement, and creating an exceptional living experience.

Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift, Weekends working - Weekday off , 6 Days a week
- Weekend availability (for community events, with compensatory time off where applicable)
Work Location: In person – Whitefield / ITPL Corridor, Bengaluru
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
