The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the crusher and quarry site. The role involves supervising production activities, monitoring machine performance, managing labourers, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all site operations. The supervisor acts as the main link between management and the labour force to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
- Oversee daily quarrying and crusher operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Inspect and monitor crusher machines, conveyors, and other equipment for proper functioning.
- Assign and supervise work to labourers, operators, and helpers according to site requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with labourers and Must be able to speak and understand Hindi and Tamil clearly.
