Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Build, maintain, and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Support social media marketing, content promotion, and brand outreach.
- Coordinate email campaigns and professional outreach initiatives.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, presentations, and performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development activities.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and professional networking platforms for lead generation and outreach.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead qualification, and lead management.
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or digital advertising.
- Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) for marketing and research.
- Ability to create presentations and marketing collateral.
Bonus Skills
- Proficiency in any additional Indian/international language.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of B2B SaaS, AI products, or technology sales.
- Experience in social selling and personal branding on LinkedIn.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and business development.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
