Vinayaga Engineering Works is a leading manufacturer of rolling shutters and shutter components. We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Billing Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare sales invoices and quotations.
- Generate GST tax invoices and e-way bills.
- Record purchase and sales entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Handle petty cash and bank entries
- Maintain filing and accounting records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Manager and other departments.
