Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling
- Support sales team by managing walk-in inquiries and basic information sharing
- Maintain office cleanliness and front desk presentation
- Handle courier, mail, and administrative tasks
- Assist in basic documentation and coordination with internal teams
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-oriented approach with a polite and helpful attitude
- Kannada Fluency (spoken)
- English Fluency (spoken, written and reading)
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in front office / receptionist role
