The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with strategic objectives, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into the architecture design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Experience with integration of cloud contact center platforms with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles relevant to contact center environments.
