Job Title: Tally Trainer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tally Trainer to deliver practical training in Tally software and accounting concepts. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with TallyPrime, and the ability to train students and professionals using real-world business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on TallyPrime.
- Train participants on:
- Company Creation and Configuration
- Ledger and Group Creation
- Voucher Entry
- GST Accounting
- Inventory Management
- Purchase and Sales Management
- Banking Transactions and Reconciliation
- Payroll Management
- Cost Centres and Cost Categories
- Financial Statements
- MIS Reports
- Backup and Data Management
- Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist learners with practical accounting exercises and case studies.
- Stay updated with the latest features of TallyPrime and GST regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Tally training or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and accounting principles.
- Good understanding of GST, taxation, and bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate or institutional training.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and inventory management.
- Tally certification is an added advantage.
- Practical industry accounting experience is preferred.
