Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Good to have skills : SAP Ariba, SAP MM Materials Management

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the processes are effectively documented and understood. You will work closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met. Additionally, you will participate in quality management reviews and provide education to stakeholders, fostering a complete understanding of the designs and their implications for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate designs with stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management, SAP Ariba.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing key performance indicators.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
