Job Description:
1) Complete Understanding of Sales Process from Lead Generation to Conversion
2) Ability to take on Team Target to achieve Organizational Goal
3) Ability to monitor, motivate and train team members to achieve Organization and Individual Goals
4) Experience to solve sales queries.
5) Ability to generate references from existing customers & training the team to achieve the same
6) Complete Understanding of CRM. How to generate, study reports & analyze them.
7) Knows Lead Management to optimize Lead to Conversion Ratio
8) Knows how to optimize output of each Team Member
9) Working in coordination with Marketing Team by providing prompt feedback on quality & quantity of Lead to better the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) & CrossSell
10) Working in coordination with the Database department by providing feedback to optimize the processes.
