Key Responsibilities:
- Production Supervision:
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Monitor the cleaning, processing, and packing of marine products.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products in cold rooms to meet export requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff.
- Provide training and support to workers to enhance productivity and skill levels.
- Resolve workforce issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, processed products, and cold storage inventory.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the seafood or food processing industry.
- Knowledge of marine product processing and cold storage operations.
- Must have Computer Knowledge & MS Office
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
