Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps/SecOps professional to build and maintain the highly available, secure and resilient infrastructure supporting a large-scale distributed data platform. The role will focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, disaster recovery, security and automated failure recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage highly available infrastructure across cloud environments.
- Build and maintain infrastructure supporting high-volume streaming and data-processing workloads.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or equivalent technologies.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data and application workloads.
- Manage Kubernetes/containerized workloads and supporting infrastructure.
- Implement automated monitoring, logging, alerting and observability.
- Design automated failure detection and recovery mechanisms.
- Implement infrastructure redundancy, failover and disaster-recovery strategies.
- Support zero-downtime deployments and production infrastructure changes.
- Implement security controls across cloud infrastructure, networks and workloads.
- Manage IAM, secrets, access controls and security policies.
- Implement vulnerability management, security monitoring and incident-response processes.
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure infrastructure reliability.
- Establish operational standards for scalability, security and production resilience.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure and/or SecOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Kubernetes and Docker.
- Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Strong CI/CD experience.
- Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Monitoring and observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or equivalent.
- Experience with high availability, failover and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of IAM, cloud security and infrastructure security.
- Experience automating infrastructure and operational processes.
- Strong scripting experience using Python, Bash or equivalent.
Preferred
Experience with large-scale data platforms, Kafka infrastructure, multi-cloud environments, security automation and self-healing infrastructure.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
