Role Description
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Trainer on a 3-month contractual basis to provide practical, industry-oriented training to students/trainees. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on sessions covering both backend and frontend technologies and guiding trainees through practical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline Java Full Stack training sessions 2–3 days per week.
- Teach Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling and JDBC.
- Train participants in Spring / Spring Boot and REST API development.
- Cover frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React/Angular.
- Teach MySQL/SQL and database integration.
- Explain Git/GitHub, debugging and application development practices.
- Conduct hands-on coding exercises and assessments.
- Guide trainees in developing a real-world full-stack project.
- Provide technical mentorship and resolve trainees' development-related queries.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with REST APIs and SQL/MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior training/mentoring experience is preferred.
Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science/IT or a related field.
- Industry experience in Java Full Stack development preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical development and training experience can be considered.
