About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive (Chat-Based) who can engage with potential customers through chat platforms, understand their needs, and convert leads into paying customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are good at communication, quick responses, and sales-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations via chat (social media, etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain engagement
- Maintain records of conversations and update CRM or tracking sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer experience and resolve basic queries
Requirements
- Good written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable using chat tools, Google Sheets, CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet connection
