We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for a premium residential project in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Generate and handle leads through calls, digital enquiries, references and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and present the project, amenities, location and pricing.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Regularly follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team throughout the booking and sales process.
- Participate in marketing activities, property exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of Kharghar/Navi Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with premium clientele.
