We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting prospects face-to-face, presenting services, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Meetings & Presentations
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospects.
- Present company products and services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Address client queries and objections effectively.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of daily visits, meetings, and sales activities.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
Pay: From ₹15,000.07 per month
