Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Faculty at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Java Faculty will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Deliver training on Core Java and Advanced Java
· Training & Development and Training skills
· Strong communication skills
· Experience in creating training materials
· Ability to assess training effectiveness
· Knowledge of instructional design principles
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
· Ability to assess training needs and customize training content
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)
Certifications in Training or related fields are a plus
· Review and understand scripts before recording
· Record voice-overs as per quality standards
· Maintain correct pronunciation, tone, and pace
· Follow script direction
· Match voice style to project requirements
Pay: From ₹1,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
