About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Academic Faculty – Robotics to train and mentor students in the field of robotics and emerging technologies. The candidate will play a key role in shaping students’ technical knowledge, practical skills, and innovation capabilities through structured training programs and real-time project exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured classroom and lab-based training sessions in robotics and automation
- Teach core concepts including:
- Robotics fundamentals
- Embedded systems
- Sensors and actuators
- Microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi)
- Basic electronics and circuit design
- Design and implement hands-on projects, workshops, and technical activities
- Guide students in developing academic and mini/major projects
- Prepare lesson plans, training modules, assignments, and evaluation criteria
- Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and provide feedback
- Support students in participating in competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions
- Maintain and manage robotics lab equipment and inventory
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment in the lab
- Collaborate with the academic and operations team for curriculum improvements
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, AI, IoT, and automation
- Assist in organizing seminars, technical events, and training programs
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide career guidance and mentorship to students
- Support placement-related training such as technical interviews and project presentations
- Contribute to content creation such as tutorials, demos, and technical documentation
- Participate in marketing activities like workshops, demo sessions, and seminars if required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Robotics
- Electronics & Communication
- Mechatronics
- Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of robotics systems and hardware integration
Technical Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Arduino and Raspberry Pi
- Basic programming knowledge in Python / C / C++
- Understanding of circuit design and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of sensors, motors, and interfacing techniques
- Familiarity with IoT concepts and automation systems
Experience:
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge can apply
- 0–2 years of experience in teaching/training or robotics development preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
