Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in Full Stack Development, Web Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students and professionals through hands-on projects and industry-relevant training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions in Full Stack Development, Web Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI.
- Develop and update course content, training materials, assignments, assessments, and project documentation.
- Conduct both classroom and online training sessions.
- Provide practical demonstrations, coding exercises, and real-world project guidance.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students with capstone projects, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate industry trends into training programs.
- Collaborate with curriculum and academic teams to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in software training, technical mentoring, or industry experience.
- Mid hands-on experience in the following domains:
- Full Stack Development
- Web Development
- Data Analytics
- Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence
- Presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners.
- Should be a quick learner.
