Project Overview:
We are scaling Dr. Good Deed, a doctor-written digital health platform targeting a global (primarily US) audience across Web, YouTube, and Instagram. The development is handled in-house. We are looking for a dedicated, sharp SEO Operations Specialist to manage our daily content pipelines, search analytics, and technical optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Google Search Console and fix day-to-day technical SEO errors (indexing, crawl errors, 404s).
- Manage end-to-end Google Analytics (GA4) reporting and set up custom conversion tracking for our interactive tools.
- Conduct deep search-intent and topic cluster research specifically for the US healthcare and wellness market.
- Handle flawless blog publishing on WordPress, ensuring high-quality formatting and rigorous contextual internal linking.
- Keep the site perfectly aligned with the latest core algorithms and search landscapes.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO crawling tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog).
- Strong understanding of WordPress backend operational workflows (posting, categorization, image optimization).
- Deep knowledge of modern SEO principles (Information Gain, Semantic Search, and E-E-A-T frameworks).
- Native or professional-grade English proficiency (crucial for formatting and reviewing content for the US market).
Pay: ₹10,581.07 - ₹39,462.15 per month
