We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, resource utilization, quality assurance, inventory coordination, and ensuring on-time delivery of products while maintaining high manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Manage manufacturing of electronic products, assemblies, and control panels.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality, R&D, and Project teams for smooth production flow.
- Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workforce productivity.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and production resources.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily output data.
- Ensure product quality by coordinating with the Quality team.
- Reduce production downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and company quality standards.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
- Handle production-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support new product introduction and pilot production activities.
Experience required: Min 10 years in Electronics production
