General Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented specialist to support our innovation activities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently across a variety of tasks.
Key Qualifications
· Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
· Solid knowledge of plastics engineering, including materials, plastic part design, and common processing methods (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming).
· Familiarity with surface treatments, coatings, and finishing technologies.
· Strong interest in new technologies, trends, and design approaches, with a creative and solution‑oriented mindset.
· A systematic and structured approach to work, paired with the ability to prepare and present information clearly.
· Proven ability to independently research, analyze, and consolidate technical and market information.
Support for Innovation Projects
- The role includes active involvement in innovation and concept development activities, such as:
· Preparing benchmark and competitive analysis reports.
· Supporting project documentation, including the creation of technical presentations.
· Conducting material comparisons, evaluating mechanical and performance characteristics, and performing utility analyses.
· Gathering and synthesizing information about new technologies, materials, industry trends, and preparing summaries from trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.
CAD and Design Responsibilities
· Hands-on experience in plastic component design.
· Ability to create 2D and 3D concept layouts.
· CAD modeling for 3D printing and prototype development.
· Designing new concepts, prototypes, mock-ups, including support in early-phase product development.
· Working with free-form surfaces and complex geometries.
· Experience in data transfer, data processing, and data cleaning, including the simplification of CAD data models for downstream use.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
