Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can manage client communication and actively contribute to sales for investment and insurance products. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and target-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions
- Respond to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain client records and coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented approach with a sales-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of investment and insurance products is an added advantage
Additional Details
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on interview performance)
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Probation Salary: ₹22,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
- Work Mode: In-office
- Job Location: Shivajinagar, Pune
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
