Freelance Senior Full-Stack Developer

Role Purpose
Build and maintain responsive web and mobile applications, integrating approved UI/UX designs with reliable backend services and third-party APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready web interfaces.
- Develop web application features using modern frontend frameworks.
- Build mobile application screens for supervisors and employee self-service users.
- Implement application state management and data flows.
- Develop offline-first mobile functionality and reliable data synchronization.
- Integrate WhatsApp APIs and other third-party business services.
- Integrate approved third-party APIs including identity/document verification and biometric systems.
- Work closely with the Product Manager, UI/UX Designer and QA Engineer.
- Debug issues, improve performance and maintain application quality.
- Follow version control, code review and controlled deployment practices.

Qualification

Ideal Candidate
A hands-on Full-Stack Developer who can independently take Figma design → frontend implementation → API integration → testing → production-ready feature, while working closely with the Product Manager and technical leadership.
Engagement: Freelancing / Business Partnering / Project-Based
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, technical capability and agreed partnership structure.
Pay: ₹380,918.64 - ₹1,636,393.85 per year
