Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT professional with strong knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem to support and continuously improve our business applications.
The role involves coordinating with Zoho implementation partners, assisting internal users, monitoring system usage, identifying operational errors, improving workflows, and ensuring that Zoho applications are effectively utilized across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day operations of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Coordinate with Zoho implementation partners for customization, automation, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Understand business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Monitor CRM data quality and identify incorrect entries, missing information, or process deviations.
- Train and support employees on proper usage of Zoho applications.
- Test new workflows, forms, reports, and automation before deployment.
- Coordinate implementation of new Zoho modules and features.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documentation.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with departments to understand operational requirements and convert them into system improvements.
- Support website updates and coordinate with external digital marketing and web development agencies for minor changes.
- Assist with new employee IT setup, including laptops, software installation, user accounts, email configuration, and software licenses.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and user access permissions.
- Provide first-level IT support for office systems and business applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience working with Zoho applications or similar business systems.
- Good understanding of Zoho CRM is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho People, Zoho Forms, Zoho Sign, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho One applications will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation, CRM customization, and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Good documentation and training skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, APIs, integrations, and low-code platforms will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,071.01 - ₹45,000.00 per month
