About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to support dayto-day retail operations and deliver an excellent in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for fashion/lifestyle retail, and the ability to engage customers effectively while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling support.
Drive sales through effective customer engagement and upselling.
Ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Build rapport with repeat and walk-in customers.
Store Operations
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
Assist in stock replenishment, tagging, folding, and inventory upkeep.
Support billing, packaging, and daily store operations.
Ensure products are arranged as per brand standards.
Team Coordination
Work closely with the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Support store management during promotions and peak sales periods.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion/lifestyle brands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Passion for fashion and retail sales.
Basic understanding of billing/POS systems preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
